For many years, IS has worked mainly in partnership with pharmaceutical companies (GSK, UCB, etc.). This makes it possible to combine a business culture which favours human values and the individual with large-scale assignments in cutting-edge technological environments.


The consultants’ assignments include support, project management, audit, etc. The team comprises over 80 employees, some 60 of whom are consultants and each year IS continues to recruit new talented employees!

Working within a small to medium-sized company makes it possible to combine flexibility and a human-scale work environment. IS encourages its employees to develop a career management policy making it possible for each to build his own professional path through continuous and diverse training (IT, languages, staff development).

In 2010, its first entry in the “Best Employer” competition, IS reached 5th place in the category for companies with less than 500 employees. The competition is also a great internal audit, on the basis of which we can look to further increase our employee satisfaction.
