I came to IS in 2006 and soon got to know my IS colleagues through the many activities organised by the company, such as Choco-shows and the 1st Team Building weekend in Maredsous. Great memories! At which point I realised that the atmosphere was friendly and family-like between both clients and internal IS colleagues.

IS has grown a lot in the past few years but it still tries to keep everyone happy for example by setting up a party committee and organising special events such as the Family Day and the New Year party. It’s not always easy to please everyone but the intent and energy is there!
Recently a dialogue committee was set up to voice the opinions of employees to the Management committee.
I find that IS really takes into account the well-being and opinions of its employees and tries to do its best for everyone, on top of being a human, tolerant company!
