I’ve been a computer consultant, System Engineer, for nearly 10 years. I'd changed employer several times only to find myself in a really big company where it was difficult to get heard, which limited the opportunities available.

I decided to join IS two years ago now, precisely to find a company with a more family-like structure, making direct dialogue with managers and colleagues easier. Being a relatively new company, IS gives you the opportunity to develop while choosing for yourself the direction in which you want to take you career.
I believe it’s the employees that define a company, not the other way round.

The world of computer consultancy is far from easy, good understanding with your colleagues and great trust in the management are very important in continuing to move forward. All the extra-professional activities, regularly organised by IS, with or without the family, make that easy. The creation last year of a dialogue committee, of which I am a member, has only strengthened my opinion on this open dialogue between employee and employer.
I’d recommend IS to anyone who wants to be more than just a box in a flow chart and who wants to develop his career through the various training and development plans which exist here.
