Ania - Service Desk Agent

However, when I started work here, just over a year ago, the first thing I noticed was a lot of humanity between everyone across the various hierarchical levels.

I find an open dialogue reigns here within the company, without the need for intermediaries.
Whilst adhering to group guidelines, IS is nevertheless customised to the individual.
There are significant opportunities to develop, change direction and improve, through all the training opportunities constantly offered to us.
Permanent professional monitoring exists, out of concern for each and everyone’s well-being, or at least mine.
Personally, IS takes my private life into account a lot; they’re interested in it and respect it.
The rules and limits are almost natural, so the human and professional climate is calm.

In my job, I don’t have any responsibilities as such. But IS takes the time to observe and analyse my work, congratulating me when the work is done well. So I feel valued in what I do, even if I don’t have any real responsibilities.

Basically, I would describe IS as a big family, a tribe. With all that brings… joy, success, defeat, pain, promotions, developments, certifications, births, deaths, marriages and divorces. That’s a family… they’re there at all the important moments in life.
